Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. For custom-made or personalized products, processing may take longer depending on the design. You will be informed of any delays in processing time at the time of purchase.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping during special promotions or for bulk orders. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination’s customs and clearances process.
Shipping Partner: We work with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across India. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package. We are unable to redirect orders, once the items have been dispatched.
Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. For remote areas, deliveries may take slightly longer. All orders require a signature on the receipt upon delivery.
Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain factors like courier service delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events may affect delivery time. We are not responsible for such delays but will assist you in tracking your shipment.
Refund & Exchange Policy
No Refunds or Exchanges: As all of our products are handmade and crafted with great care, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before placing it. For personalized or custom orders, ensure all details are correct, as these items are made specifically for you.
Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items: All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.Personalized or custom products cannot be returned for changes in preference or incorrect details provided by the customer.
Policy for Online Courses
Course Access: Upon successful enrollment in our online courses, you will receive access to the course content via email, which may include video tutorials, PDFs, or other learning materials. Access is usually granted within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
No Refunds on Online Courses: We do not offer refunds or cancellations for online courses once access to the course materials has been granted. Please carefully review the course details, curriculum, and any prerequisites before making your purchase.
Course Content: All content provided in the online courses is for your personal use only. Sharing course materials or reselling them is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken in cases of unauthorized distribution.
Technical Issues: If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your online course, please reach out to us at sabaa@craftersabaa.com and we will assist in resolving the issue. However, we are not responsible for technical issues related to your device, internet connection, or other external factors.
Access Duration: Unless otherwise specified, access to online course materials is available for lifetime.
